Harvest to Table

Nothing from our harvests goes to waste — we mean that. Fresh surplus fruit is donated to local pantries and food banks, transformed into small-batch jams, jellies, and chutneys, and soon sourced directly to local restaurants. From branch to pantry, to your kitchen table, to a chef's menu — every piece of fruit finds its place.

How do I sign up to have my tree harvested?

Head over to our Contact page and enter your information. From there we’ll connect with you to coordinate a schedule and talk through your area and needs.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the job — a single fruit tree pruning looks pretty different from a full seasonal orchard care plan. Most services are priced by the tree, by the hour, or as a flat project rate. To give you a sense of scale: a single harvest of a small, easily accessible fig tree starts around $45–$65, while a robust backyard pear tree requiring a fuller harvest runs $95–$145. Our harvest rate runs $75–$90 per hour, and every job is scoped in advance so you know what to expect before we show up. Bigger jobs, multi-tree properties, and recurring care plans are quoted individually.

What happens during a fruit tree harvest?

After an initial consultation, our team sets up collection bins and ladders. We methodically work through the requested areas, sorting for quality as we go. When the work is complete, we connect with you to collect your harvest share, then haul the rest to our facility for storage.

Do I get to keep my own fruit?

Yes — the homeowner gets first pick of the harvest collected, as much or as little as you’d like. Afterward, we can discuss what fruit goods might be available or made to order for you.

What do you do with the surplus fruit?

The surplus goes back to the community. Some fruit is provided to local food banks; the rest is turned into canned fruit, pies, jellies, and other goods as ordered by the homeowner.

Where can I buy your products?

Surplus fruit made into goods will be sold online and at local farmers markets. Each item is noted with the donation site so you know where the fruit came from. (Online ordering is coming soon — for now, reach out and we’ll let you know what’s available.)
